These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PH165 online betting platform, accessible at ph165.com. PH165 is operated in compliance with applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming and sports wagering. 1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

• Accurate information: Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination without prior notice.
• KYC compliance: PH165 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documents including a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or similar) before processing withdrawals above a set threshold.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on PH165 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). We support the following payment methods:GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. • Deposits are typically credited instantly. Any delays beyond 30 minutes should be reported to our support team.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page.
• Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible — most are completed within 5minutes, though some methods may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
• PH165 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must come from a payment account registered under your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be released to a payment account that matches the name on your PH165 account. This is a security requirement and cannot be waived.
• PH165 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

PH165 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend program. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements are completed.
• PH165 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winings if we determine that a player has abused the promotion system, used multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or engaged in any form of bonus fraud.
• PH165 may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, though existing valid claims will be honored.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PH165 are final once confirmed. Before placing a bet, review all details — game, odds, market, and stake — carefully. PH165 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

• Bets are accepted only when a market is open. Any bet submitted after a market closes will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type and market. These limits are displayed on each betting interface.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, PH165 reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned.

• Void bets — due to postponed events, technical issues, or other qualifying reasons — will have stakes returned to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

PH165 maintains a strict code of conduct. The following actions are prohibited and will result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain credits, bonuses, or winings not legitimately earned.
• Match-fixing or engaging in any activity that corrupts the integrity of any sporting event covered by PH165.
• Using the PH165 platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PH165 support staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

PH165 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable belief that:

• The player has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The player's continued use poses a risk to PH165 or other players.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts by contacting support. If an account is closed, any pending bets will be voided and remaining legitimate account balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided there are no ongoing investigations related to that account.
